About Us
What is the local church? We try to keep things simple and not go beyond the Scriptures. We are a group of baptized believers gathering in the name of the Lord Jesus for worship through biblical preaching, prayer, ministry partnership, and the partaking of the Lord’s supper under the care of qualified elders.
Camino de la Cruz (Crossway Fellowship) began in 2017 with the desire to reach more people in Puerto Escondido with the transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ, and this mission continues to drive us onward.
Our services are primarily in Spanish but there is English translation available through headsets. We generally include an English song or two in the worship set. Plus a large percentage of our congregation is fluent in English so there are many opportunities to connect with others (of course, the Spanish-speakers are very friendly as well).
We are committed to helping believers grow as disciples in the grace and knowledge of God the Father and of the Lord Jesus Christ
We seek to submit to Christ in all things and center our ministry around Him that He may be glorified in all things
We pray for reformation and revival in Mexico, knowing that it all depends on the renewing work of the Spirit through the Word

We are located near Fraccionamiento “La Parota” just across the street from Ejecutiva Logística (known by taxis as the shipping center for Mercado Libre by La Parota). There is black metal gate that leads into a mango orchard where we hold our outdoor services. Here is our location on Google.
